As always, Panasonic makes a Great product! My prevoius 24 Dot matrix printer ( a KXP 2124) lasted 20 years so I was hoping on hope that they still had the quality thing done pat... and they Do !! There was no need to install new drivers nor was there much difffrent about the features. It has all I am looking in a Dot printer and it completes the tasks well.
I am very pleased with Panasonic and this printer goes right along with it. :>)

Panasonic's KX-P2023 24-pin narrow-carriage dot matrix printer offers an 8-inch print width, up to 360 dpi resolution, and quiet operation. Featuring easy-to-use front panel controls, the KX-P2023 has a parallel interface and four built-in LQ fonts. The estimate duty cycle (mean time between failures at 25% duty) is 4,000 hours. The printer comes backed by a two-year warranty on parts and labor.
