I'm pretty impressed with the features that came with this phone.
Favorite features:
1. Speaker phone
2. Ability to customize each handset's phone directory
3. Ability to transfer phone numbers between phones
4. Quality of the calls
5. Range (Base is upstairs in the center of the house and I can walk around the yard and get good reception).
6. Durability (Owned a pair of headsets for about 4 years. Survived a cross country move)
7. Keeps a pretty long list of numbers that you have called or that have called you - nice if you don't happen to have a scrap piece of paper around
8. Doesn't interfere with my wifi (802.11g) network
Qualms
1. Editing/deleting phone numbers not intuitive
2. I agree with everyone about what they say about the batteries - they suck. When they start to die, you get less speaking time before the "Recharge batteries" warning hits you. Then all of a sudden it doesn't work. Occurs every 1-2 years (Can't remember for sure) but put new batteries in and they're back to normal
Overall, I'm very happy with the phone and that's why I'm about to buy my third handset.
